Then I use my IT WORKS! ProFit powder (which is high in protein) and add it to almond milk or low fat milk along with my IT WORKS! Greens. Then I pull out the baggies of fruits in the freezer and decide which flavor I want today, banana, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry or a combination. I just put a few pieces of fruit in the Ninja and put the Ninja to work.
It make the smoothie like a "Wendy's Frosty" thickness and it delicious and I am getting all the nutrients I need for breakfast.
